We had some beautiful weather last weekend, so Isabella and I decided to have a picnic in the park!!

A little totter in the grass....

 playing with her ball...

picking the flowers, and getting very confused that they blew away when she opened her hands!!

choosing her toys and then building her towers...

 reading a book...

 playing some music...

 and supposedly sleeping!!!!

Another round of food!!! Most upset when they were finished so she ate the crumbs from the blanket!!!

Some yummy cucumber and pudding of raisins, apricots, papaya and pineapple!

Then unbelievably searching for more food!!!

She hasn't quite understood the concept of feeding the ducks!!! After a quick look at them she takes the bread and makes a break for it.....

and then settles down to eat the bread  she was supposed to give to the ducks - luckily it wasn't very stale!!!

and starting the walk home! Needless to say she got a tan and slept very well!!!

We went out for a chinese today, and Isabella devoured everything in sight - her plate, my plate and Daddy's plate!!! When the food had finished she demanded the lemon from in my glass, despite trying to assure her it was not particuarly nice, and 'trying' it several times, she still came back for more and because she was sooo cute and funny we kept giving it to her, until the final bit where she really chomped down and sucked that she fully realised it was not nice!!!

Some more pictures from when then weather was nice enough to get outside!

In the garden on her 'Daddy day'...not entirely certain why her t-shirt is on her head though!!!

Building some towers with Mummy, only to knock them over straight away and try to stick them together again.

Ah yes, her little flower pot - you find it, empty it, eat it and then roll around on the floor with it - not a flower in sight!

As you can see she's VERY proud of herself for making it onto the step - and then inside, however getting back outside is causing many problems. Trying it head first...

sizing up the drop, then trying to use the door which promptly opens wider...

waiting to no avail so having another go at judging the distance...

calling someone for help... and checking there's no help behind the curtain...

popping back out to the step and tring on her knees...
and when all else fails shout even louder!!!
And then some recovery time lying on the blanket with Mummy and Daddy - such an ordeal!

Her next favourite trick is to pour water over herself, wipe it off, check it's gone then do it again!

And even if she is a little monkey at times, we love her loads!!
