Trying out a few options!!

As you can see it is important to keep hold of your dummy, even whilst sleeping, just to make sure nobody comes along and pinches it!

Just practising incase I decide to transfer all attention to my fingers and loose the dummy and I even managed to sleep with them in yesterday, and although Mummy would prefer it to be the thumb she'll take fingers!!!!

Playing is just exhausting....

Yep, that's right. Just in the middle of a really good play I fell asleep!! I even managed to keep hold of the parrot for quite a while in my sleep. And then when I woke up I just carried on playing again....maybe there's something in this!!

FINALLY!!!! Mummy and daddy have been trying for a while now to catch me talking (without the fingers in my mouth) and everytime they brought out the camera I would become a mute!! But now they have it on camera and I am so good at it! I am getting better at talking every single day and am trying to incorporate some consonants as well as vowels.

Listen to me having a go at talking!! I know that it happens only when I have my fingers in my mouth at the moment, but everyone has to start somewhere!! It was taken a few weeks ago and the next video will show how much progress I have made. Obviously Mummy and Daddy are super proud and are doing everything they can think of to encourage me, but to be honest it's just exhausting sometime!

Good Morning.....

I love having my morning chats and lovely smiles with Mummy and I am getting really good at extended random vowels sounds, although she does insist on sticking a camera infront of my face and this does distract me, but it's all good practice!!!

Happy Easter.....

 

Aunty Emily came to play for Easter and I got lots of lovely cuddles and showed my love and appreciation by dribbling lots all over her - she loved it!

 I found my thumb.....Mummy is so proud!!! I actually managed to keep it in for ages and was very happy with the situation!

Trying to show my big cousin how you lie on the floor and entertain yourself with nothing but a muslin cloth under your head.....she dismissed this as fun and demanded adult attention - maybe I should be listening to her....?
